Return Process

  Log into your GoBoult account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 3 to 5 business days.
